3. What is not included in the price?
Transportation to and from the location as well as travel insurance are not included.
3. What yoga equipment is available on site?
We have a full yoga studio with yoga mats, straps, bolsters, blankets, blocks and massage balls. No yoga equipment should be brought from home.
4. Does Kayanova belong to any particular religion or spiritual stripe?
No. Kayanova does not belong to any specific religion or tradition. Inclusiveness is of utmost importance to us, and we welcome both guests and facilitators from all faiths and backgrounds.
4. How large are the groups during a retreat?
We deliberately work with small groups of a maximum of 12 participants to create a safe and personal atmosphere so that everyone has an optimal experience.
4. Is there parking at the property and can I charge my electric car?
There is free and ample parking at Kayanova. There is currently no charging station on the property. There are several charging stations in Lézignan-Corbières, a 10-minute drive away.
4. What is provided?
All rooms have fresh towels, bath products and a hair dryer with diffuser. Beach towels are also provided.
5. Can I stop by for a tour at Kayanova?
If you would like to visit us, we kindly ask you to make an appointment in advance so that we do not disrupt the ongoing retreat.
5. In what languages do the retreats take place?
All our retreats take place in Dutch/Flemish or English depending on the language of the participants. Exceptionally we organize retreats in 1 single language, but this is then indicated on the retreat page. We do not offer translation services.
5. Is there WIFI?
We want to encourage our guests to deconnect as much as possible. Notwithstanding, free WIFI is available.
5. What is the cancellation policy?
Once you decide to book a retreat with Kayanova, we hope you can make a full commitment to it. Our retreats are non-refundable. If you are forced to rebook due to serious health issues, we can offer a voucher for an alternative date in the future. More information can be found here
