There is free and ample parking at Kayanova. There is currently no charging station on the property. There are several charging stations in Lézignan-Corbières, a 10-minute drive away.

Our meals are seasonal, pure, and prepared with care. Always with local, organic ingredients. We cook light and nourishing meals, so that body and mind can relax. Upon registration, you can indicate any intolerances or allergies. On some days during the retreats, all meals will be vegetarian.

We recommend bringing the following: Cash for transfer to/from airport or train station Your personal toiletry bag (toothbrush, toothpaste, ...) We provide shampoo, shower soap, conditioner and body milk. Comfortable and light clothing for retreat activities. Kayanova is located in Montbrun-des-Corbières, in the South of France. The retreat center is easily accessible by plane, train, or car. There are several airports nearby: Carcassonne about 25 minutes away, Perpignan and Béziers about 1 hour away, Toulouse and Montpellier about 1.5 hours away.
