Some places make you breathe slower automatically. Kayanova, hidden between vineyards and forests, in Montbrun-des-Corbières in the South of France, is such a place. You arrive here and immediately feel it: there is space, there is silence… And you don’t have to do anything for a while.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quietly decorated, with attention to detail and a soft, stylish atmosphere.

You share a room with a maximum of one other participant. The sanitary facilities are also comfortable with sustainable and carefully chosen bath products so that the stay feels smooth, peaceful and pleasant.

Water, warmth and fresh air

The domain is made to help your body let go. There is a heated salt water pool, gentle on your skin and without chlorine.

A jacuzzi awaits, and terraces circle the house, offering sun when you want it and shade when you need it. You’ll always find a place that feels right.

Sabine and Mathieu cook with the peace, love and precision that you expect here. Seasonal, organic, local where possible, and with a clear focus on quality.

The domain

Our domain is hidden between vineyards and forests, overlooking a small, ancient Romanesque church that acts like a silent watchman over the valley.

Nature embraces you here in a way that makes you breathe immediately. The soft rustling of the wind, the play of sunlight on the terraces, the clear water of the swimming pool… Everything invites you to contemplation, softening and deep relaxation.

Every place on the domain has been created with care and love. Making for an environment where you can slow down, connect with your body again and gradually come home to yourself.

The environment

Around Kayanova is a landscape that invites you in. You can keep it very small or explore gently. It is a region full of history, nature and light. Medieval city walls, silent lakes and rolling vineyards form a landscape that breathes tranquility.

You’ll have time to discover this setting during your retreat as well. It’s ideal for walking, exploring, or doing nothing at all.

Our retreats take place in Montbrun-des-Corbières, in the South of France. A region of light, vineyards and quiet roads. You are far enough away to really get away, and close enough to continue to feel supported.

Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.
We kindly ask you to take extra care when smoking due to the fire hazard in the area. Cigarette butts should always be safely deposited in an ashtray to avoid any risk of fire.

Yes. All our rooms are equipped with two single beds. If you are traveling alone, you will be assigned with someone of the same sex participating in your retreat.

Your room is available from 16:00. Upon arrival, you can enjoy some free time to arrive and settle in peacefully, until the welcome moment in the afternoon. Our heated pool and outdoor Jacuzzi with breathtaking views are many guests’ favorite way to really “land”.
You can enjoy the sweeping views from the various terraces, take a walk or just take a nap.

Our retreats are non-refundable.
If you are forced to rebook due to serious health issues, we can offer a voucher for an alternative date in the future.

Yes, our retreats are also accessible to people with physical disabilities. There is an elevator in the house, and there is one room with an adjoining bathroom that is accessible and adapted, so you can move around smoothly and safely.

There is free and ample parking at Kayanova. There is currently no charging station on the property. There are several charging stations in Lézignan-Corbières, a 10-minute drive away.

1. Where is Kayanova located and how do I get there?

Kayanova is located in Montbrun-des-Corbières, in the South of France. The retreat center is easily accessible by plane, train, or car.

There are several airports nearby: Carcassonne about 25 minutes away, Perpignan and Béziers about 1 hour away, Toulouse and Montpellier about 1.5 hours away.

The Lézignan-Corbières train station is a 10-minute drive away, while Carcassonne and Narbonne are about 30 minutes away.
