ABOUT KAYANOVA

All 6 rooms are located on the ground floor and they are carefully decorated in an atmosphere of understated elegance. Soft materials, natural tones and refined simplicity create an environment that immediately invites you to let go. You share a room with one other participant. This allows for connection without sacrificing comfort or privacy. The bedsheets as well as all the bath towels have been carefully chosen from De Witte Lietaer and are of high quality. The sanitary facilities are also neat and pleasant, with sustainable bath products from The Spa Collection.

From your room, you overlook the 12 x 5 meter saltwater pool, the greenery and the openness of the estate. This is the place where you awaken quietly in the morning and may sink gently back into silence at night.

The entire villa has air conditioning, which can be set separately for each room.

Father and son Frederic and Alex create a cuisine borne of experience, craftsmanship and a deep connection to the region. They work with the seasons and consciously choose local products and pure ingredients. Intolerances and allergies are also taken into account with care.

Every meal at Kayanova is a moment in itself. A table to gather, sometimes at the estate, sometimes outside in the soft light, or in the vineyards.

The estate is composed as a place where comfort, beauty and outdoor living come together effortlessly. There is a heated saltwater pool (12×5), a 6-person Jacuzzi, outdoor shower and a garden that invites you to step out of the daily flow for a while.

Around the house are several terraces, in sun and shade, the largest of which is 500 m², with plenty of sunbeds and beach towels. There are places to read, write, play petanque or just disappear into the moment.

A separate space is provided for sessions such as yoga, dance, journaling, painting, coaching and the like. A place that supports focus and creativity, while leaving plenty of room for deepening and expression. Depending on the moment, the domain itself also gets a place in the program, with sessions around the pool or outdoors.

Around Kayanova, a landscape unfolds that feels as stylish as it is pristine. Vineyards, quiet roads, southern French markets and villages full of character give this region its own rhythm and charm.

Those looking to explore the surrounding area will find a wealth of places and impressions. There are hiking trails through rolling countryside, local markets full of color and fragrance, and vast vineyards that catch the light of the south.

Water, too, is never far away. The Canal du Midi meanders through the region, and those longing for the sea can reach the beaches of Narbonne and Gruissan after only a short drive away.

Carcassonne is also within reach, with its iconic city walls and layered history. And at about an hour’s drive away, the Pyrenees open up, with their impressive vistas and mountain air. Also nearby are the picturesque villages of Minerve and Lagrasse, both considered among the most beautiful villages in France

And then there is also Notre-Dame-de-Colombier, a small chapel among the vineyards that Kayanova overlooks. A hushed place that helps shape the unique atmosphere of this area.
