7. Is there a pharmacy or doctor present at Kayanova?

We strongly recommend bringing your own medication. Pharmacies and doctors are available in Lézignan-Corbières, about a 10-minute drive from Kayanova. In case of emergency, the nearest hospital is in Carcassonne (about a 25-minute drive).

2. What should I bring to the retreat?

We recommend bringing the following: Cash for transfer to/from airport or train station Your personal toiletry bag (toothbrush, toothpaste, ...) We provide shampoo, shower soap, conditioner and body milk. Comfortable and light clothing for retreat activities. Something warmer to wear in case it gets chilly during the evening (best to check the weather forecast) Swimwear, sunscreen and flip-flops An alarm clock or wristwatch in case you choose not to use your smartphone during the retreat Hiking boots/closed shoes for hiking in nature A raincoat in case it rains Medication you need Kayanova provides the following so you have to pack less: Organic shampoo, shower soap, conditioner and body milk A notebook and ballpoint pen A refillable water bottle An umbrella in case of rain Hair dryers with diffuser in each room A beach towel All yoga and meditation materials (mats, bolsters, belts, blankets, blocks) so you do not need to bring your own materials.

1. At what time is check-in and check-out?

You are welcome to check in from 16:00. Please notify in advance if you would be arriving after 19:00. Check-out is at 10:30 on the last retreat day, usually followed by a closing ceremony and lunch at 12:00
