Frequently Asked Questions
About the retreats
A Kayanova retreat is a gentle invitation to slow down. You will follow a balanced program with reflection, movement, healthy food, nature, and silence. Our experienced coaches will guide you with attention and clarity, in an environment where you don’t have to prove anything and can simply be yourself.
For anyone who feels it is time to deconnect, to allow peace, clarity and new energy or who is looking for mental, physical and spiritual well-being. You do not need any experience with yoga, meditation or other forms of work. Everything will be tailored to your rhythm, your body and your needs. We look forward to welcoming you.

Exceptionally we organize retreats in 1 single language, but this is then indicated on the retreat page.

Each retreat has a natural rhythm. There is a balance between guided sessions, quiet moments, movement, time outdoors, and space for integration. You will have plenty of time for yourself, without pressure or a packed schedule.
No. Our retreats are accessible for both beginners and advanced practitioners. You will be guided step by step, and each exercise can be adapted to your level by our experienced instructors and coaches.
