RISE – A journey through light and darkness

September 20 – September 25, 2026

RISE is a retreat about the movement from darkness to light, inspired by the natural cycles of life. Just as with a solar eclipse, your inner strength can be temporarily overshadowed, which feels like being stuck or losing energy. This retreat invites you not to avoid that personal 'eclipse,' but to consciously encounter it. You will explore what is blocking you and how stress can transform into a source of growth. Through silence, reflection, and targeted, scientifically-based methods, you will restore your resilience and inner balance. You will return home with clear insight, renewed energy, and a concrete action plan with the goal of reflecting (Reflect), rising (Rise), and shining again (Shine).
