The Ancient Wisdom

April 26 – May 1, 2026

The Ancient Wisdom invites you to a deep understanding of your own body through a guided inner journey. Based on the ancient knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, you work with the five elements - Earth, Fire, Wood, Metal, and Water - and the dynamics of yin and yang. Through qigong, yin yoga, gua sha, acupressure, cupping, and reflection, you restore your inner balance. In this way, you become aware of your own health and take responsibility, with preventive medicine as the foundation.
