The Inner Shift

August 23 – August 28, 2026

During The Inner Shift, you will learn how to break through exhausting patterns and allow more nourishing energy into your life and leadership. In an intimate setting, you will explore your authentic path and recognize stress- and energy-leaking patterns. You will learn to transform these into strength, balance, and clarity through reflection and practical tools. Emotions are used as signposts for a resilient mindset and more conscious leadership. Nature, silence, and connecting dialogue support the inner process. You will return with renewed vitality and concrete tools to lead from authenticity and impact.
