Wrapped in Softness

June 14 – June 19, 2026

This retreat is for women only

Wrapped in Softness is not your standard yoga vacation. It's a unique 6-day retreat for women who are always "on" and long for rest, gentleness, and coming home to their bodies. From carrying everything alone to being carried: you slow down, de-stress, and restore contact with your own nature. The common thread is The Art of Touch with the Mexican Rebozo shawl, as a soft and safe extension to cocoon, cradle, and relax. Your days are filled with yoga, silence, nourishing meals, workshops about the nervous system, and ample me-time, complemented by in-depth evening rituals such as Yoga Nidra, cacao, fire ceremony, and dance.

Kaatje Maertens

With more than 10 years of experience in bodywork and yoga, Kaatje guides women through the most vulnerable and powerful moments of their lives. Her work is a gentle synergy of physical bodywork and energetic healing. Kaatje believes that our body remembers things that our head sometimes forgets.
