Qi in Motion – Embodied Dance

September 6 – September 11, 2026

This retreat is for women only

Qi in Motion is a journey in which dance, qigong, and yoga merge into one flowing experience. Your body becomes your compass: it tells you what flows, what is stuck, and what wants to be heard. In a natural environment, you will discover through movement, breath, and stillness how the energy of the five elements—wood, fire, earth, metal, and water—expresses itself within you. You will learn to release what no longer serves you, make room for what wants to emerge, and come home to yourself. Dance, qigong, and yoga together form a rhythm of doing and being, action and surrender. What you feel, moves; what you move, liberates.

Tine Sneyers & Fanny Heuten

Tine Sneyers brings the wisdom of the five elements to life through yin yoga and qigong, creating the energetic foundation in which the body can recover and open. Fanny Heuten guides the dance component with her signature blend of authenticity, rhythm, and expression, inviting you to Move & Be Moved. Together, they weave Eastern knowledge and dancing freedom into a harmonious experience of movement, breath, and awareness.
